The use of regenerative burner greatly reduces the fuel consumption of furnace. For general large heating furnace, the energy saving is 25% ~ 30%. For heat treatment furnace, the energy saving is 30% ~ 65%. Regenerative combustion can also increase the radiation intensity of flame, enhance radiation heat transfer, and increase the furnace output.
