Box Type Atomosphere Protection Electric Furnace
Two sets box type argon Protection Electric Resistance Furnace was successfully put into service in Aerospace Industry in May, 2018.
This Box type Atmosphere Protection electric resistance furnace is used for heating and holding of Titanium alloy hot forming mould or other kinds of kinds of metal material products. This furnace can reduce oxidation of heated products to protect heated product surface.
This kind of box type atmosphere protection electric resistance furnace must have tight sealing system. So this furnace door adopt three layers sealing structures which are asbestos packing,silicone rubber ring and cylinder pressure.This structure can avoid atmosphere protection leak and save gas consumption.
