Characteristics of equipment structure:

This heat treatment line consists of loading and unloading platform, heating furnace system, quenching furnace system, rapid cooling chamber (quenching oil removal chamber and exhaust) system, tempering furnace, unloading air cooling chamber, temperature and mechanical action control system, emergency work station, hydraulic pneumatic system, atmosphere protection system and charging tray.

This production line is mainly used for quenching and tempering heat treatment for steel ball, casting parts, auto parts, gear, and other standard parts with various materials.

 Features:

1). This production line can be used for isothermal normalizing and quenching with tempering.
2). Protective atmosphere can be supplied into the heating furnace to reduce the workpiece oxidation.
3). Cold air, hot air, and different mixed temperature of hot and cold air can be used to cool the workpiece within the cooling chamber .
4). the production line is configured with reliable transmission device, the whole line is set with PLC programming and full automatic control, with fault self-diagnosis function, which is a kind of highly reliable, intelligent automatic heat treatment production line.
