All fiber bogie hearth furnace uses advanced ceramic fiber modules and blankets as insulation parts,to repalce the refractory brick of rick kiln .The excellent insulating performance of the fiber modules and blankets can effectively increase the furnace thermal efficiency of the whole bogie hearth furnace, after experiiment and validation, the efficiency is increased by above 20% ompared with the brick furnace .
All fiber bogie hearth furnace is the upgrading product to replace the original brick structure of the annealing furnace, tempering furnace and low energy consumption level products, mainly used for heat treatment of key pars in various industries, such as cars, rail transportation, aerospace, can also be applied to the annealing heat treatment after welding, standard parts quenching and tempering treatment, annealing treatment, etc.
